At Uwowo Cosplay, we want you to be fully satisfied with your transformation; if your costume doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can request a return within 15 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments remain in original condition with tags attached and include all accessories.
Initiate Request
Log into your account and submit a return request through our support portal with your order number and photos of the item.
Quality Review
Our team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure the costume is eligible for return and hasn't been worn or altered.
Ship the Items
Once approved, securely pack the costume and all its components in the original packaging and send it to our designated return center.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your package, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
